Mayo venue will host first inter-county GAA match under a roof

The FBD League will return in January, and it comes with a twist next year as all games will take place in the air dome at Connacht GAA's Centre of Excellence in Bekan.

Kicking things off in the preliminary round on Tuesday, January 4, will be Sligo and Leitrim – and their game will be the first ever inter-county GAA clash to take place place under a roof!

Mayo start their campaign at the semi-final stage when they take on Galway on Friday, January 7, with the second semi-final between Roscommon and the winners of the preliminary round game scheduled to take place on Saturday, January 8.

The final will be played on Friday, January 14.
