Cannabis valued at €1k found in Mayo house search

A file is being prepared for the DPP after cannabis valued at €1,000 was found in a house in Westport.

The discovery was made by members of the Mayo Garda Divisional Drugs Unit.

A man in his 70s in helping the gardaí with their investigations, a garda spokesperson confirmed.
