Storm Barra 'to make itself felt' in western region

The center of Storm Barra is moving inland and winds increasing in the west of Ireland.

That's according to the latest update by the Carlow Weather Facebook page.

"A high station at Moneypoint in Clare is now gusting to 146kmh!

"Barra is about to make himself felt in parts of the west.

"Remember winds will pick up again tonight for most areas."
