Appeal after salmon anglers' shelter is stolen

AN anglers shelter has been stolen from Rinnaney.

It was the property of the Foxford Salmon Anglers Association who have issued an appeal on social media for information to get it returned.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Foxford Garda Station.

The shelter was very popular with anglers for having their breakfast or lunch there, or using it for setting up their equipment.

The association, in its Facebook appeal, said: 'It's a great loss to Foxford Salmon Anglers and our members. These were especially made for the club so definitely very unique.'
