WINNIE CAMERON, WESTPORT

The death has occurred in her 90th year of Winnie Cameron (née Lehane), St. Mary's Crescent, Westport and late of Bunrower, Ayle.

Predeceased by her husband John, sisters Mary, Bridge and brothers John and Pat.

Winnie is sadly missed by her daughters Maureen (Swinford), Fiona (Newport) and Siobhán (Ballinrobe), her sons Jim (Westport), Seán (Denver)and Tomás (Turlough), her brothers Tommy (Enniskillen), Jimmy (London), daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, neighbours and friends. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Navin's Funeral Home, Westport on Monday from 4 p.m. - 5 p.m. Removal from her home on Tuesday for Requiem Mass at 12.30 p.m. in St. Mary's Church, Westport with funeral proceeding to Aughavale Cemetery. Funeral Mass will be live streamed on www.churchtv.ie/westport.

VERA CARNEY, KILTIMAGH

Vera Carney, Cloonkedagh Road and formerly of James Street, Kiltimagh. Peacefully and surrounded by her loving family, at Sonas Nursing Home, Knock.

Predeceased by her sister Mary and brother Andy. She will be greatly missed by her loving brother Tommy (Milebush, Castlebar), sisters-in-law Mary and Myra and brother-in-law Gerry, nieces Geraldine, Andrea, Fiona, Miriam, Jeanne and Rachel and nephews Patrick, Aidan, Andrew, Tommy and cherished grandnieces and grandnephews. Also missed by her many relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at O’Hora’s Funeral Home, Kiltimagh, Sunday from 5 p.m. to 6.45 p.m. with removal afterwards to the Church of the Holy Family for 7 p.m. Requiem Mass at 12 noon on Monday with burial afterwards in Kilkinure Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to the Renal Dialysis Unit, Castlebar. Social distancing to be observed at all times and 50% capacity for the Church. Walk through only. MARY DOOCEY, BALLINA

Mary Doocey (née Doherty), Gorthbrack, Pullathomas, Ballina, peacefully at her residence, on January 1, 2022.

Predeceased by her husband Michael, mother and father Annie and Owen Doherty, brothers John, Anthony and Willie, sisters Nancy, Eileen and Teresa and daughter-in-law Anne Doocey. Mary will be sadly missed by her loving family, sons Paddy (Attycunnane), Charlie (Middlesbrough), Anthony (Gorthbrack), John (Gorthbrack), daughters Sheila Barrett (Scunthorpe), Ann Gallagher (Derrycorrib), Maureen Richards (Aylesbury) and Kathleen Mills (Falroe), brother Paddy Doherty (Gorthbrack), sisters Kathleen Cosgrove (Dublin) and Una Hayes (New York), sons-in-law Eddie Barrett, Michael Gallagher and Jimmy Mills, daughters-in-law Nuala Doocey, Maureen Doocey and Eileen Doocey, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, her 28 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at her residence on Sunday from 1 o'clock until 4 o'clock. Funeral cortège will leave her residence on Monday afternoon at 12.30 to arrive at St Patrick’s Church, Inver for funeral Mass at 1 o'clock. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in Pullathomas Cemetery.

JACKIE LYNN, BALLINA

Jackie Lynn, Market St, Killala, and Áras Aoibhinn, Bohernasup, Ballina. (predeceased by her parents Johnny and Bertie) . Peacefully, surrounded by her brothers and sisters, and in the kind and gentle care of the staff of MUH, Castlebar.

Sadly missed by her loving brothers and sisters, Maura, David, Gerard, Ena, Ruth, Sinéad, and Raymond, and by her devoted Áras Aoibhinn family. Jackie had a loving, supportive extended family, including brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins, her aunts Bridie, Peg, Annie, and Marie, and her uncle Noel, may she rest in peace.

Funeral Mass in St Patrick's church, Killala, on Monday at 12 noon, followed by burial in Killala cemetery.

THOMAS MALONEY, MASSBROOK

Thomas Maloney, Togher, Cork and formerly of Massbrook On January 1, 2022, peacefully, at home, surrounded by his loving wife Teresa and his children John, Joanne, Mary and Grace.

Sadly missed by his loving grandchildren, great-grandson, sister Bridgie Garvey, extended family and friends.

May he rest in peace.

SARAH WALTON, CHARLESTOWN

The death has occurred of Sarah (Sally) Walton (née O’Malley), Ballindrimley, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Charlestown; Inverin, Co. Galway and the UK - January 1, 2022, unexpectedly but peacefully at her home.

Predeceased by her brothers Martin and Jack and sister Mary. Sally will be sadly missed by her loving husband Ken, brother Michael (Carraroe, Galway), sister Teresa (Costello, Loughrea), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.

Kathleen McAndrew (née Dixon), Corclough West, Belmullet, peacefully at the Aras Deirbhle Nursing Home on December 31, 2021.

Predeceased by her husband John, brothers John Joe and Padraig and sisters Beatrice (Bea) O’Neill and Mary Gaughan. Beloved mother of Martin McAndrew (Arklow, Co. Wicklow), Anne Marie Mason (London), Margaret McAndrew (Cambridgeshire) and Aidan McAndrew (Clogher, Blacksod and Corclough West, Belmullet). She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family – sister Anne Mellerick (Fermoy, Co. Cork), daughters-in-law Ann and Peggy, son-in-law Steve, grandchildren Darren, Dhearbhla, Aaron, Dylan, Katie and Sharon, great-grandchildren Regan and Tiernan, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Remains will repose at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Sunday evening from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. with funeral arriving at the Church of the Holy Family, Carne, Belmullet at 7.30 p.m. Funeral Mass on Monday at 12 noon, followed by burial in Tarmoncarra Cemetery.
