Mayo are looking forward to getting their Littlewoods Ireland Camogie League Division 4 campaign under way.

Mayo open camogie league campaign away to Louth

Mayo's opening match of the Littlewoods Ireland Camogie League Division 4 will be away to Louth on the weekend of February 19/20.

Jimmy Lyons' charges will then face Donegal at home on the weekend of February 26/27 before making the journey to meet Wicklow the following weekend.

Mayo will finish up their round of league matches at home to Tyrone, which is sure to be a great match as both teams met in the Nancy Murray Cup final in August last year, with Mayo emerging victorious.

The Division 4 final is scheduled to be played on April 9/10, with a replay the following weekend if necessary.

Mayo had a great run in the leagues in 2021 and will be keen to get out on the pitch and get the season started.

Jimmy Lyons returns as manager for the 2022 season, with his backroom team yet to be confirmed.

Meanwhile, Mayo will be competing in the Premier Junior All-Ireland championship with 12 other counties. They will be split into two groups, one containing seven teams and the other six.

Round one games in the seven-team group commence on the weekend of May 21/22, while the six-team group will commence with round one a week later.

Both groups will conclude over the weekend of July 9/10, with the semi-finals on July 23/24 and the final on August 6/7, with a replay, if required, on August 13/14.
