EPA purchases Mayo HQ for €1.8m.

The Environmental Protection Agency has purchased its Mayo headquarters from Castlebar Municipal District for a sum of €1.8 million.

The sale of the office, laboratory and surrounding lands has been formally approved by the elected members of Mayo County Council.

The building is located at John Moore Road, Castlebar, and has been used by the EPA for many years.
