Mickey (Michael) Fallon, January 11, 2022, Father Meehan Place, Castlebar, peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Pake and Kate, his brother Pa and sister Kathleen. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Anne, daughters, Mary King (Castlebar), Caroline Quinn (Castlebar), Teresa Fallon (Castlebar), Fiona Fahy (Westport), Tony (Castlebar), brother Sean, sister May Heenan, Brid Griffin (Chicago), Joan Redmond (Castlebar), sons-in-law Michael King, Brendan Burke, Adrian Fahy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren Stephen, Alan, Lorcan, Kevin, Chloe, Aoife, Conor, Kristian, Órlaith, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Remains reposing at Coady’s Funeral Home this Friday morning at 10 a.m. with removal at 11.15 (via Springfield and Mc Hale Rd.) for Funeral Mass at 12 noon in the Church of The Holy Rosary, Castlebar. Mickey will be laid to rest afterwards in Castlebar Old Cemetery. Please adhere to the current Covid-19 guidelines including social distancing, wearing of face masks and no hand shaking.

DOLLY COLLERAN, HOLLYMOUNT

Dolly Colleran (née McHugh), Cluain Gearrain, Quin, Co. Clare and formerly of Hollymount. January 10, 2022 (peacefully) at Carrigoran House.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Jack, son Jarlath, sister Kitty, brother Paddy-Joe, grandchildren baby Hugh, Laura and Noel, daughters-in-law Mary Greene, Siobhan Dargan and Mary Hassett, and sons-in law Carl McKenry and John French. Sadly missed by her loving children Seán, Paudge, Muriel, Hugh, Gerard, Dolores, Loretto, Noel, Raymond, Clare, Caroline, Enda and Collette, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her daughter Collette’s residence, 6 Cluain Gearrain, Quin, on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral arriving to St. Mary’s Church, Quin, on Wednesday for Requiem Mass at 2 p.m. Burial afterwards in Kildrum Cemetery.

JOHN DESMOND, WESTPORT

The death has occurred of John Desmond of Belclare, Westport and formerly of Templevale, Cork, January 10, 2022, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the kind and tender care of St. Vincent's Hospital.

Greatly loved by his wife Moira, children Noreen, Andrew and Kathryn, daughter-in-law Claire, sons-in-law Paul and Marc, brothers Frank and Noel, grandchildren Sean, Laura, Emer, Vincent, Ruth, Matthew, Alex and Julien. Deeply missed by nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

John will repose at Navin's Funeral Home, Westport from 6 p.m. -7 p.m. on Wednesday for friends and family. Requiem Mass on Thursday morning at St. Mary's Church, Westport at 11 a.m.. Mass will be live streamed on www.churchtv.ie/westport. Funeral thereafter to Aughaval Cemetery, Westport.

CATHERINE ROCHFORD, KNOCK

Catherine Rochford, Churchfield Parke, Knock, and formally of Caldragh, Knock. Peacefully at her residence on January 10.

Predeceased by her parents William and Marie and brother Billy.

Deeply regretted by her brothers John, Joe and sisters Josie, Della and Eileen, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and many friends.

Rest in peace.

Arriving at The Church of St John the Baptist, Knock on Thursday for Mass at 11 o'clock. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

MARTIN CLEARY, CLAREMORRIS

Martin Cleary, Kilnagower, Claremorris. Martin died suddenly at his home.

He will be sadly missed by his brothers Michael, Tony and Terry, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Gilligan’s Funeral Home, Market Square, Claremorris (F12YP74) on Wednesday evening from 6 p.m. (Walk through only, no hand shaking please, facemasks to be worn) with removal at 7.30 p.m. to St. Colman’s Church Claremorris. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12 o.c. with burial afterwards in St Colman’s Cemetery.

Patrick (Paddy) Healy, Rynn, Ballycastle, peacefully at home.

Predeceased by his wife Maureen, and sadly missed by his son Patrick (Jimmy), brother Martin, daughter-in-law Kellie, grandchildren Cian, Mia, and Cara, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends, may he rest in peace.

Reposing at his residence on Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and removal on Thursday morning at 11:45 to St. Bridgid's church, Ballycastle for Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in Ballycastle cemetery.

GERTIE LOWTHER, BALLINA

Gertie Lowther, Barrett Street and Rathglass West, Knockanillaun, Ballina. Peacefully in the loving care of the staff of the Riverview Nursing Home, Ballina surrounded by her loving family. In her 93rd year.

Predeceased by her parents and siblings. Deeply regretted and dearly missed by her loving sisters Imelda, Eileen, Sr. Eithne and Frances, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law.

Gertie, beloved aunt of Catriona and Sinéad, adored grandaunt of Gary, Oisín, Alex, Rowan, Éabha, Jude and Harry, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
