Mayo Food and Drink Network development events

THE Mayo Food and Drink Networking and Training Programme, which began last summer, continues apace with a fantastic range of free training and one to one mentoring available to eligible participants.

This is an exceptional opportunity for those operating in the food and drink sector to hear from outstanding trainers and guest speakers.

“Following the challenges in 2021 due to Covid, we have adapted the programme to suit everyone’s needs, with training courses and networking events offered online to suit participants,” said Oonagh Monahan, programme manager, who is the author of the Mayo Food & Drink Strategy 2020-2025. “The courses and networking events will help you to develop your business, your staff and yourselves in growing a sustainable and resilient business, and will help you make more money.”

The new programme calendar for January has just been launched and can be found on Eventbrite and on https://www.mayofood.ie/, and all courses and events were developed specifically for and are available exclusively to Mayo food and drink businesses.

The Mayo Food and Drink Programme is a LEADER funded response to the challenges and opportunities identified in the Mayo Food & Drink Strategy 2025. It puts into action the specific priorities identified by producers and is totally food and drink focused. The Mayo Food and Drink Networking and Training Programme is supported by South West Mayo Development Company and Local Enterprise Office Mayo.
