AGNES O'BRIEN, CHARLESTOWN

Agnes (Aggie) O’ Brien (née Cooke), Ballinclea, Kilbride and formerly of Lowpark, Charlestown, (N.T. retired Principal of Scoil Mhuire Réalt na Mara). February 2, 2022, peacefully at home in her 93rd year in the loving care of her family.

Wife of the late Patrick. Sadly missed by her loving family Mary (Devereux), Anne (Arthur), Maeve (McBride), Padraig ,Kieran, Paul, Mairead (Hurley), Fiona (Bradshaw) and Grainne, her 31 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law Jim, Gerry, Paudge, Helen, Theresa, Katherine, Gary, Gordon and Kevin, nieces, nephews, extended family and all her friends and parishioners

PATRICK EDWARD CARR, ACHILL ISLAND

The death has occurred of Patrick Edward (Pauric) Carr, Dugort, Achill Island, unexpectedly, but peacefully, in the loving care of the staff of University Hospital Galway on February 1, 2022.

He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Lorraine, his cherished son Patrick, sisters Ann and Kathleen, brothers in law Pauric and John, cousins, extended family and many friends.

Reposing at Lavelle's Funeral Home, Cashel, on Friday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral Mass in the Church of the Assumption, Dookinella, on Saturday at 11 .a.m with burial afterwards in Slievemore Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Western Care, Newport Day Centre.

MARTIN BOYCE, CASTLEBAR

Martin Boyce, Ashwood, Breaffy Road, Castlebar, suddenly at his residence, on February 2.

Predeceased by his mother Jean Boyce. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken wife Helen (née Walsh, Keenagh), daughter Caoimhe and son Senan, father William, sisters Valarie, Mary and Tracey, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, mother-in-law, father-in-law, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Remains reposing at his residence in Ashwood, Breaffy Road this Friday evening from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Removal from his residence on Saturday morning at 11.30 a.m. for Funeral Mass at 12 noon in Saint Aloysius Church, Breaffy.

Martin will be laid to rest afterwards in Breaffy Cemetery.
