Four Mayo players to make league debuts against Wicklow
Mayo senior hurling team manager Derek Walsh is giving several new players a chance to impress in Mayo's opening Division 2B Allianz National Hurling League game against Wicklow tomorrow at 1 p.m. in Ballina.
Westport GAA players Michael Gallagher, Kealon Gallagher and Aaron Ketterick will all make their league debuts with Paul Kirwan from Ballyhaunis also set to start for the first time.
Tooreen have five players named on the team with Bobby Douglas in goals, Daniel Huane, Sean Kenny, Eoin Delaney and Shane Boland all returning after a hectic club season.
Shane Boland will captain the team on the day. Keith Higgins also starts in center-back with his Ballyhaunis club mates Brian Hunt, Mark Philips, Kieran McDermort and Adrian Philips all named in the starting fifteen.
Conor Murray is the sole representative from Castlebar Mitchels on the starting fifteen.
