JOHNNY LENEGHAN, BALLINA

Johnny Leneghan, Bunalty, Glenamoy, Ballina, and formerly of Glenaugh, Belderrig, peacefully, at his residence, surrounded by his family, in his 96th year, on February 4, 2022.

Beloved husband of Sarah (née McDonnell) and dear father of Anne McHale (Jimmy), Helena Sullivan (Pete), Mary Flannery (Patrick), Gerard (Brenda), Michael (Cathy) and John (Imelda), adored grandfather to all his grandchildren and dear brother to his only remaining sibling Tony Leneghan (Philadelphia, U.S.A.). Predeceased by his grandchild Matthew. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his heartbroken family – his nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.

Remains reposing at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet, on Saturday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock with funeral arriving at St. Paul’s Church, Glenamoy at 8.30 o’clock. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 12 o’clock, followed by burial in Glenamoy Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to the “Belmullet Community Hospital Patient’s Comfort Fund”, c/o McDonnell Funeral Directors, Belmullet.

Live streaming of the Funeral Mass will be available for viewing at 12 o’clock on Sunday on McDonnell Funeral Directors Facebook page with all funeral services available for viewing at 7 o’clock on Sunday evening.

PATRICK JOSEPH MCARDLE, CASTLEBAR

Patrick Joseph McArdle, Cuillare, Belcarra, Castlebar, and formerly of Termonfeckin Co Louth. (Peacefully).

Beloved father of James, Amanda, Mark, Vincent and Bernadette. Patrick will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Remains arriving to St. Anne`s Church, Belcarra, on Sunday evening at 7 p.m. Mass for Patrick's soul will be at 11.30 a.m. on Monday with the funeral proceeding to Shannon crematorium. Interment of Patrick's ashes will take place at a later date in Termonfeckin Co. Louth.

FRANK MCCLINTOCK, MULRANNY

Frank McClintock, Newfield, Tiernaur, Mulranny and formerly of Co. Donegal and Birmingham, UK. Peacefully, at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar.

Predeceased by his wife Kathleen (nee Chambers) brother Tony and sister Elizabeth. Deeply regretted by his brothers Johnny (Donegal) and Jim (Glasgow), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and friends. Frank was a devoted husband and an absolute gentleman to everyone who met him.

Funeral Mass on Monday in St. Brendan's Church, Tiernaur, at 12 o'clock, with burial afterwards in Killeen Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to St Brendan's Nursing Unit, Mulranny.

SEAN MCEVOY, BALLINROBE

Sean Edward McEvoy of Caher, Ballinrobe, formerly Dublin and Newcastle, Co. Down, February 4, 2022, peacefully at home, with family.

Sean, beloved father of Mareese, Lucianne and Sarah and ex-wife and life-long friend Anne Gribben, grandchildren Ruarc, Solara, Grace, Martha, Camille, Brody and Cole. Sadly missed by his loving family sisters Mary, Patricia and Libby and brother Barney, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. Sean was predeceased by his beloved brother Frankie.

Removal from his residence on Tuesday morning to Shannon Crematorium for committal service at 12 noon.
