The building, which housed The Hopper Bar, is on the town’s Main Street and will go to auction with Youbid.ie on February 17 with an advised minimum value (AMV) of €60,000.

Notwithstanding its previous use as a pub, it is understood that there is no license attached to the property, which is located in a prominent location in the busy town.

The property is in poor physical condition but would be very suitable for conversion into a retail/office premises or alternatively for conversion back to residential use.
