Irish cameraman killed while covering war in Ukraine
The death has occurred in Ukraine of Irish citizen and journalist Pierre Zakrzewski.
He was killed while working as a cameraman with Fox News in the war-torn country.
Taoiseach Micheál Martin has said that he is "deeply disturbed and saddened" by the death of Mr. Zakrzewski and the wounding of one of his colleagues, Benhamin Hall when their vehicle was struck by incoming fire in Horenka, outside Kyiv.
In a post on Twitter, he said: "My thoughts are with their families, friends and fellow journalists.
"We condemn this indiscriminate and immoral war by Russia on Ukraine."
Mr. Hall is receiving medical treatment in hospital in Ukraine.
