Passing of popular Castlebar man Pa Cunningham

The death has occurred of Pa Cunningham, Fr. Meehan Place, Castlebar, a well-known and respected personality.

He died peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the Carra Suite at the Sacred Heart Hospital.

Predeceased by his brother Sean Corley and sister Anne Roberts, he is deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary, sons Padraig, Fintan, Daniel and Damon, daughters Elaine, Gabriel and Rachel, brothers Kevin and Raymond, sisters Mary Ruane and Gay Benham, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, brothers in law, sisters in law, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Sympathy is extended to the bereaved family on their loss.

Remains will be reposing at the Coady Funeral Home on Tuesday from 10 until 11.30 a.m. with removal to The Church of The Holy Rosary for Requiem Mass at 12 noon.

Burial takes place in the Old Cemetery.
