Mayo Downton Abbey premiere in support of Ukrainian families

CASTLEBAR Rotary Club is hosting a charity premiere of the new Downton Abbey film, Downton Abbey - A New Era, on Friday, April 29. The event is being held to raise much needed funds to support Ukrainian families that have come to Castlebar to escape the war in their home country.

All funds raised will be donated to Castlebar charity Candle of Grace, which has helped people in the Ukrainian region for the last 10 years and are currently working tirelessly to provide support both locally and in Ukraine.

The premiere will take place in Mayo Movie World on Friday, April 29. The film will start at 8 p.m., with complimentary drinks from 7 p.m.

This will be one of the first screenings of the film in Ireland and it promises to be a fantastic event in aid of a very deserving cause.

Tickets, at €25 each, are available from Mayo Leisure Point Bowling, Mayo Movie World or any member of Castlebar Rotary Club.
