JOHN F. DIXON, BALLINA

John F. Dixon, Broomall, Pennsylvania, USA and formerly of Cornhill, Pullathomas, Ballina.

Predeceased by his parents Mary and James Dixon, brothers Michael, Patrick, Tony and Paul.

John will be sadly missed by his loving family, wife Noreen, brothers Jimmy (USA) and Tom (Cornhill), sisters Nancy Holland (Galway), Evelyn McCarthy (USA) and Bridie Healy (Bunowna, Glenamoy), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, friends and neighbours.

John’s funeral cortege will arrive at Christ the King Church, Aughoose, on Wednesday for funeral Mass at 1 p.m. Interment of ashes will take place afterwards in Pullathomas Cemetery.

PATRICIA O'DRISCOLL, CASTLEBAR

Patricia (Pat) O’Driscoll (née McManamon), Rathbawn Drive, Castlebar and late of Church Street, Belmullet, peacefully at her residence.

Predeceased by her husband Tadhg and her sisters Rita, Monica, Bridie and May.

Deeply regretted by her loving family, daughters Dervla and Orla and son Ciaran, son-in-law Noel, daughter-in-law Catherine, grandchildren Fionn and Tadhg, brother Sean (Dublin), sister Gay (Belfast), nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Remains reposing at Coady’s Funeral Home this Tuesday evening from 5.30 p.m. until 7 p.m., with removal on Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. for Funeral Mass at 11.30 a.m. in the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar.

Patricia will be laid to rest afterwards in Castlebar New Cemetery.

HERBIE SMITH, BALLINA

Herbie Smith, Quignashee, Ballina and Blacklion, Cavan. Peacefully, at his residence.

Herbie is deeply regretted and dearly missed by his loving wife Rene, his family Paul, Rita, Fionnuala, Sinéad, Noreen, Johnathan and Eddie, daughter-in-law Helen, sons-in-law Denis, Keele, Enda and Tom, partners Laura and Bridget, sisters and brother, Patsy, Gertie, Gordon and Ann, his adored grandchildren Nathan, Jack, Oisin, Emily, Alex, Leah, Callum, Saoirse, Finn, Megan, Conor, Maria and Lottie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McGowan's funeral home, Ballina, on Monday evening from 6 p.m. with removal at 7.30 p.m. to St. Muredach's Cathedral, Ballina.

Mass of the Resurrection on Tuesday morning at 11.30 a.m. with burial afterwards in Leigue Cemetery. Funeral Mass will be live streamed at www.ballinaparish.org

ANNE WALSH, NEWPORT

Anne Walsh (née Keane), Liverpool and late of Derrinumera, Kilmore, Newport.

Anne will be sadly missed by her brother-in-law Jim Fitzgerald (Balla), sister-in-law Margaret Keane (Castlebar), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral arriving to The Church of the Holy Family, Fahy, Westport on Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. for Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Mass will be live streamed on www.churchtv.ie/Mayo (and click onto Fahy-Kilmeena). Burial on Thursday in Omey Island Cemetery, Claddaghduff, Co. Galway at 12.30 p.m.

JOHN AUSTIN MCGUIRE, WESTPORT

John Austin McGuire, Roigh, Liscarney, Westport.

Predeceased by his brothers Paddy, Michael, Jimmy and Thomas, his sisters Mary and Jane. Sadly missed by his loving wife Bridie, and loving father of Margaret Fadden (Islandeady), Breege Regan (Balla), Ann-Marie Duggan (Fahy), Mary Jo Hopkins (Drummin), John Pat (Roigh) and Jane O'Grady (Aughagower), daughter-in-law Siobhan, sons-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Remains reposing in Aughagower Community Centre this Monday evening from 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 2 p.m. in St. Patrick's Church Aughagower with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
