Advance notice of Mayo service disruption

Mayo County Council has announced that due to a major network upgrade, a planned shutdown to its network will take place from 1 p.m. on Friday next, May 13, until Sunday, May 15.

This may cause a disruption to services, a statement by the authority outlined.

It added: "Mayo County Council regrets any inconvenience caused.

"Alternative contact details for our offices during the period of the shutdown will be outlined later."
