Castlebar mourns passing of popular personality Frank Campbell

The death has occurred following a short illness of Frank Campbell, Rocklands, and formerly of the Curragh, Castlebar.

He died peacefully earlier today in the loving care of his family.

A native of Dublin, Frank was a plumber by trade and was widely known and respected in the Castlebar community.

He is deeply regretted by his heartbroken daughters Rachel and Hayley and their mother Fiona, his loving partner Helena and her children Sean, Shona, Paula and James, his adored grandchildren Keelan and Fionn, son-in-law Eric, parents Ellen and James, brothers Ray (Monaghan), Tony (Woodford), Graham (Dublin), sisters Yvonne and Celine (Dublin), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends, to whom deepest sympathy is tendered.

Remains reposing at his residence in Rocklands, Castlebar (F23 W296), on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m.

Removal takes place on Wednesday morning at 10.45 a.m. for Funeral Mass in St. Aloysius Church, Breaffy, at 11.30 a.m.

Frank will be laid to rest afterwards in Breaffy Cemetery.
