Busy Mayo town 'in pristine condition'

The town of Castlebar is in pristine condition, a local councillor has stated.

Councillor Martin McLoughlin said it is the cleanest he has ever seen, having carried out his own inspection.

He said: "It is great to see it in such pristine condition with the huge footfall passing through."

Councillor McLoughlin complimented everyone involved in keeping the town spick and span.
