JIM MCGOWAN, KILTIMAGH

James McGowan, Cordarragh, Kiltimagh better known as Jimmy, formerly of Carroward, Bohola.

Predeceased by his wife Monica, parents Kate and Tom. Sadly missed by his sons Simon, Aidan and Tom, sister Mary, brothers Tom, Peter and Johnny, daughters-in-law Una and Cathriona, grandchildren Katie, Holly, Sophie, James, Aoibhín, Moya, Rosaleen, Tara, Oscar and Emilia, nephews and "adopted son Ian", nieces, sisters-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at family home in Cordarragh on Friday, from 6 o'clock to 9 o'clock. Funeral Mass on Saturday, at 12 noon in The Church of the Holy Family, Kiltimagh and burial afterwards in Kilkinure Cemetery, Kiltimagh.

WILLIAM RUANE, BALLINROBE

William (Willie) Ruane, Friar Lodge Nursing Home and formerly of Cloonacastle and Knockfeerin, Ballinrobe and London. Peacefully, at Mayo University Hospital.

Reposing at Saint Joseph’s Funeral Home, Ballinrobe, on Saturday evening from 5 p.m. with removal at 6.30 p.m. to St. Mary’s Church, Ballinrobe. Requiem Mass on Sunday morning at 11.30 a.m. with the funeral proceeding to Shannon Crematorium for private committal service.

ELIZABETH CORR, CLAREMORRIS

Elizabeth Joan Corr (née Sheridan) Burrish, Claremorris, and formerly of Tinakilly, Aughrim, Co. Wicklow. Elizabeth passed away very peacefully surrounded by her loving and heartbroken family at University Hospital Galway.

Predeceased by her husband Patrick, mother Julia, father Owen, brothers Eugene and John and her grandson Adam. Beloved and much cherished sister to Annie, Breda, Vera and Catherine. Elizabeth will be forever greatly missed by her daughters Joanne, Eimear and Feena her sons Jonathan, Oliver, Kenneth and Andrew, son's-in-law Barry and Brian, daughters-in-law Myra, Ena, Denise and Carmel, her fourteen adored grandchildren Freya and Aaron, Alysha and Rohan, Caoimhe, Oisín, Saoirse and Donnacha, Zara and Heidi, Aoibhín and Charlotte, Lucy and Grace, her nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Carey's Funeral Home, Ballindine, on Thursday from 6 with removal at 8 p.m. to The Church of the Holy Family & St. Oliver, Irishtown. Requiem Mass on Friday at 1 p.m. with burial afterwards in Irishtown Cemetery.

MARY MULLIN, GLENCORRIB

Mary Mullin (née Petty) , Glencorrib, Shrule, passed away peacefully at University Hospital, Galway.

Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her husband Paschal, children Annette, Noel, Bernadette, John and their partners Pat, Rosemarie and Valerie, siblings Susan, Carmel, John and their partners Johnny, Gerry and Ina, brother-in-law Frank, his wife Kathleen and sister-in-law Mary, grandchildren Chloe, Katie, Jared, Conor, Ali, Matthew, David and Leah, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends. Mary is predeceased by her parents Gerry and Margaret, her brother Gerald, grandson Andrew and son-in-law Sean.

Reposing at Carey's Funeral Home, Headford, on Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. Removal from her home on Saturday morning, to arrive at Church of the Immaculate Conception, Glencorrib, for requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to Shrule Cemetery.

GERRY MURPHY, BALLINA

Gerry Murphy, Childers Heights, Ballina. Suddenly and peacefully, at Mayo University Hospital.

Gerry, predeceased by his wife Mary (Bunty). Beloved father of Tony, Alan, Derek, Lorraine, Gerard and Charlotte. Sadly missed by his loving sons, daughters, sister Bridie, sons-in-law Gary, Heuri and Peter, daughters-in-law Anne-Marie, Melodie and Derek’s partner Trisha, grandchildren, Jack, Kate, Grace, Amy, Olivia, Pippa, Sophia, Nicole, Alannah, Aibhín, Pádraic, Lucy, Aran and Neva, sisters-in-law Maggi, Esther and June, brother-in-law Johnny, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina, on Friday evening from 6 until 7:30 p.m. Funeral cortège will leave his residence on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. to St. Muredach’s Cathedral, Ballina, arriving for 11.30 a.m. Requiem Mass, followed by cremation in Shannon Crematorium arriving at 4 p.m.
