Inclusive Cúl Camp returns to Mayo at midterm

Following the success of last year’s inugural event – the first inclusive Cúl Camp to be held in the province – Mayo GAA and Mayo Sports Partnership have teamed up once again and will be hosting the camp for the second year running.

The camp will run for two days on November 1 and 2 in the new dome at the Connacht GAA Centre of Excellence in Bekan, Mayo.

Billy McNicholas, games development manager, with Mayo GAA, said: “This camp was the brainchild of Ray McNamara, sports inclusion development officer with Mayo Sports Partnership, and myself over a number of years but due to Covid-19, our plans got delayed slightly. However, we never let the idea die and got the opportunity to run the camp.”

Booking for the camp, taking place on November 1 and 2, is available through Eventbrite.
