MICHAEL O'MALLEY, NEWPORT

Michael O’Malley, Main Street, Newport and late of Cornanool, Rehins, Castlebar, at Mayo University Hospital after a long illness, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Katie, brother Tommie. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary Jane, sons Karol and Nathan, daughters Sinéad, Michelle (Cattigan) and Catherine. Beloved grandchildren: Cathal, Liana, Arthur, Colin, Paul-Leo, Gráinne, Janet, Ethan, William and Declan, his sister Mary Gibbons, son-in-law Thomas, Karol’s partner Áine, brothers-in-law, sisters- in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at St Dominick’s Funeral Home, Main Street, Newport, on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. with removal to the residence of his daughter Michelle, arriving on Saturday morning to St Patrick’s Church, Newport, at 10.45 for Mass at 11 a.m., with burial afterwards in Glenisland Cemetery.

MARAGRET LEONARD, BALLINA

Margaret Leonard (née McHale), Bofeenaun, Ballina. Peacefully, at MUH, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband Michael and infant son Edward. Deeply mourned by her loving sons and daughter, John (Dublin), Padraic, Seamus, Marian, Tommy, Frank, Kieran (Westport), Desmond (UK), brothers John (USA), David (Sheffield, UK), sister Eileen (Sheffield, UK), daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Remains reposing at her residence this Wednesday evening from 4 to 9pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 1 p.m. in St Mary's Church, Bofeenaun, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

BRIGID VERONICA MCHUGH, CLAREMORRIS

Brigid Veronica McHugh (née Teague) (better known as Vonnie), died peacefully in Birmingham, England and formerly of Knockatubber, Claremorris and native of Tullyclunagh, Dromore, Co. Tyrone.

Predeceased by her husband Joe McHugh. Vonnie will be deeply missed by her loving children John, Carmel, Colette and Siobhan, sons-in-law John and Graham, daughter-in-law Sue, grandchildren and great-granddaughter, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Gilligan’s Funeral Home, Market Square, Claremorris (F12YP74) this Wednesday evening from 6.30 until 8 p.m. Remains will arrive to St. Colman’s Church, Claremorris on Thursday for Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. with burial afterwards in Ballinasmalla Cemetery.

JOSEPH WARHURST, WESTPORT

Joseph (Joe) Seeds Warhurst, The Quay, Westport and Grove Beach, Clinton, Connecticut, USA. Joe passed away peacefully at home, with his family by his side

He will be sadly missed by his wife Anne, his daughter and son-in-law Iris and Bill Galloway, his niece Erin and other family members in America, and his many friends and neighbours.
