Velvet Cloud launch Christmas hampers and a range of sheep’s milk Christmas gifts made in Mayo
Learning from their first experience in Christmas gifting last year, when their artisan products sold out, the Flanagan Family of Velvet Cloud in Mayo, have launched sheep milk themed hampers, for this Christmas.
These hampers are only available from the Flanagan’s website www.velvetcloud.ie and contain artisan food and crafts all made by small Irish producers.
Presented in a brown reusable gift box with a ribbon, and the option to include a handwritten personalised note. They can be purchased or pre-ordered with dispatch dates available right up to December 20.
Choose from The Velvet Cloud Luxury Food and Craft Hamper for €129 or The Velvet Cloud Artisan Food Hamper for €59, or buy the individual sheep’s milk products separately.
“In the past year we’ve noticed a huge increase in the number of people contacting us, wanting to support local, so this is where the inspiration has come from to create a local gifting option,” said Aisling Flanagan one of Velvet Cloud’s founders.
“Every product in the hampers has been made by a small food producer, or here on our own farm in Mayo, so any sales we make will go straight back into the community” she added.
