Westport host Mayo boys Under 12 basketball blitz

WESTPORT Basketball Club followed up their very enjoyable Under 12 girls blitz by holding a blitz for Under 12 boys at the Sacred Heart Convent gym last week.

Pictured above with referee John Melvin are the Westport Warriors and the Ballinrobe Lakers teams who enjoyed the blitz.

Ballintubber Bulls and Castlebar Comets were also represented by teams at the blitz on the day, which proved to be a very enjoyable occasion for all.

Well done to everyone who took part in a great display of basketball.
