John (Frank) Lindsay, Mount Jubilee, Banger Erris and formerly of Telford, Shropshire, UK - peacefully, at the Mayo Hospice, Castlebar.

John Lindsay, Bangor Erris.

Predeceased by his parents Frank and Sarah Lindsay and his wife Rose Mary. John will be sadly missed by his son Patrick, daughters Donna, Bridie, Siobhan, Kate, Jodie, partner Kay and children Christopher, Cathriona and Peter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, brothers and sisters, niece, nephew, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Funeral will arrive at St. Colmcille’s Church, Geesala, on Saturday evening for Funeral Mass at 5 p.m. Removal From his residence on Sunday morning at 10 a.m. to Shannon Crematorium for private cremation at 2 p.m.

BETTY LINDSAY, LOUISBURGH

Betty Lindsay (née Shearer), Six Noggins, Killadoon, Westport, formerly Carluke, Lanarkshire, Scotland. Peacefully in her sleep at her daughter Rona's home.

Predeceased by her husband Andrew and daughter Christine. Deeply mourned and lovingly remembered by her daughter Rona and her husband Vincent Kerrigan, grandchildren Sinead and Ciara (Kerrigan), Scott, Andrew and Allison (Chapman), the extended Lindsay & Shearer Families and a wide circle of friends.

Betty will lie in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Sunday from 5 to 6 p.m.. Funeral arriving to the Church of the Holy Family, Killeen on Monday at 10.45 a.m. for Funeral Service at 11 a.m., followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

Predeceased by his brother Joe, sister Patsy and Mary Philbin. Deeply mourned by his beloved wife Louisa, sons Cormac and Hugh, daughter Sally, daughter-in-law Marcella (Dunne), son-in-law Xavi, his adored grandchildren Sorcha and Patrick, his sisters Mary, Kay, Nuala, Imelda, Carmel, Anne, Sally and Joan, his brothers John and Tommy, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Leonard's Funeral Home Lahardane, from 3 until 6 p.m. on Saturday. Requiem Mass at 1.30 p.m. on Sunday in St. Mary's Church, Bofeenaun, with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
