Request to council in Mayo for extra parking for Killawalla homes

MAYO County Council has been requested to explore the possibility of providing extra parking space at its housing development in Killawalla.

Poor water pressure in homes there is an ongoing issue, management was told at a municipal district meeting.

Councillor Al McDonnell said parking is an issue and from his observations there was land available to provide additional spaces.

A report on parking and the issue with water pressure was requested for next month’s district meeting by Councillor Cyril Burke.
