Popular Mayo gallery featured in new 'People and Places' series

Caffrey's Gallery, Garden Street, Ballina, is featured in the first video of Mayo North Tourism's new 'People and Places of North Mayo' series.

Miriam Caffrey runs a charming art gallery and craft store, specialising in Irish-made craft and designs.

Caffrey's also offers a first class bespoke picture framing and design business.

Miriam is the third generation of her family to run the business, which was established 103 years ago.

The impressive video is the work of Fionn Rogers and the project was assisted by Mayo LCDC, Mayo North East LEADER Partnership Company, Moy Valley Resources IRD and Mayo County Council through the Rural Development Programme, which is part financed by the European Union and the Department of Rural and Community Development.
