Death of much-loved Mayo woman is deeply regretted
The death of Jacqueline (Jackie) Giblin, Derryronane, Swinford, formerly of Charlestown, has evoked a tremendous sense of loss and sorrow in the community.
An affable and courteous personality, Jackie was held in high esteem and regard by everybody who knew her.
One of the tributes to her on social media described Jackie as a lovely person who was always so kind and caring.
Predeceased by her parents, Michael and Maureen and her uncle Joseph, she will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her son Louis and daughter Ellie Rose, twin brother Michael, sisters Patricia, Evelyn and Marcella, brothers in-law Michael and Ciaran, sister in-law Annette, extended family and wide circle of friends, to whom deepest sympathy is tendered.
Jackie will repose in Boland's Funeral Home, Swinford, (F12K122) on Thursday from 4 to 6.30 p.m.
Requiem Mass for the repose of her soul takes place on Friday at 12 o'clock in Saint James's Church, Charlestown, with burial afterwards in Charlestown Cemetery.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
