The three retiring members - David Duffy, Michael Sheridan and Robert Melody - had served a total of 111 years between them and had given sterling service to their job and union.
All three members were wished a happy retirement along with good health and happiness for the future. It's now time to sit back and unwind.
The Communications Workers Union is a voice for the postal, UPS, Eir, Vodafone, KN Circet, logistics, telecoms and call centre sectors in the workplace and is also there to improve working conditions. The CWU has a proven track record in representing members interests.
