The Three Tenors Ireland headline concert in aid of Mayo friary

A Mayo Day Friary Benefit Concert, featuring the Three Tenors Ireland, takes place on Saturday, April 29, at the Friary Church, Ballyhaunis.

The special guests include Scoil Iosa NS Choir, Knock NS Choir and singer Angela Kastler.

The programme by the Three Tenors includes popular songs from The Dubliners to Andrea Bocelli.

Hear them singing hits including Caledonia, Hallelujah, The Voyage, You Raise Me Up, Bridge Over Troubled Water, Go Lassie Go, My Way, Save the Last Dance for Me, Nessun Dorma and many more. The concert is the fabulous mix of carefully selected popular and inspiring songs beautifully arranged with harmonies and sung with passion that draws in people, who can easily connect with the three warm engaging singers, Paul Feery, Conor Gibbons and Philip Klubicka.

The Three Tenors Ireland are well established and are the only Irish trio to perform annually for over 12 years in such prestigious venues as the National Concert Hall, Dublin (with fan President of Ireland Michael D. Higgins attending), Cork Opera House, Dublin Castle, and Belfast Lyric Theatre.

The trio have performed in cathedrals in Armagh, Galway, Kilkenny, ChristChurch and St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin, alongside regular appearances on RTÉ and BBC.

The Three Tenors Ireland are the only Irish trio to perform from Belfast to Cork in all 32 counties of Ireland and in the UK with annual performances in Dublin, Cork, Belfast, Galway.

In October 2021, a sold-out performance took place in St. Patrick's Cathedral Dublin City.
