Fans point out a “classy gesture” from Pádraig O’Hora in the aftermath of Mayo’s win

Gaelic football fans were quick to highlight a wholesome act by Ballina Stephenites club man Pádraig O’Hora after his Mayo side overcame Kerry in Killarney on Saturday.

The tough-tackling defender appears to hand his match-day gloves to an expectant young Kerry fan and duly pats him on the head.

Radio Kerry commentator Tim Moynihan tweeted:

“Fair play, this is the measure of the man. This young supporter will not forget this kind gesture. A brilliant learning experience for the supporter who one day might do something similar 👏👏👏!!!”
