Two prestigious awards for leading Mayo hotel

The team at Knockranny House Hotel & Spa in Westport is delighted to have picked up two awards at the YesChef Awards 2023, with La Fougére Restaurant winning Luxury Hotel Restaurant of the Year and Fine Dining Restaurant of the Year in Connaught.

The ceremony, which took place at The Blackwater Suite at the Fairways Hotel in Dundalk, saw 500 guests across the hospitality industry come together to celebrate the achievements of their friends and colleagues.

Speaking after the announcement, Adrian Noonan, owner of Knockranny House Hotel, said he was very proud of the whole team, especially Head Chef Seamus Commons and Restaurant Manager Kinga Santa for their efforts to be acknowledged in this way.
