Sunny spell set to continue for county Mayo

Pleasant conditions look set to remain with temperatures set to soar next week.

Saturday May 27

Any fog will clear early tomorrow morning. Saturday will be rather cloudy with some sunny spells. There will be some spots of rain or drizzle, but overall a good deal of dry weather.

Highs around 17 to 20 degrees, warmest in Galway and possibly cooler along northern coasts of Connacht. Light to moderate north-westerly winds will develop.

Mostly dry conditions as high pressure dominates. Cooler on Sunday with warm weather in many areas next week.

Saturday Night

Any lingering showers at first Saturday night will die out, becoming largely dry. Variable cloud cover with some clear spells.

Lowest temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees with light northerly winds.
