Twenty new homes proposed in east Mayo

PLANS for 20 new homes in east Mayo have come before Mayo County Council for approval.

The development is proposed for Lavey Manor, Lavy Beg, Charlestown, and will consist of 20 houses (18 semi-detached and two detached).

Newpark Developments Ltd. have submitted an application for planning approval to the council.

The site is located to the rear of the developed Lavey Manor and is accessed through the estate.
