Sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife Nellie, daughters Jacqueline and Eileen, and son Michael.
Michael will repose at Lynn's funeral home, Killala, on Wednesday, July 12 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Removal from the funeral home on Thursday to Lacken church (via Castlereagh) for funeral mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in Rathfran cemetery.
Sean Walkin, Ballina
Sean Walkin, Portugal and formerly of Ballina, Cape Town and Botswana (former Irish Consul)
Predeceased by his parents Benny and Kathleen Walkin, stepmother Sheila and Brother-in-law Harry Harrison.
Sadly missed by his partner Janine, daughter Kerry, son Ross, son-in-law Marcus, grandchildren Isabella and Wilbur, brothers and sister Michael (Ballina), Noel (Bray), Christine Harrison (Dublin), Benny (Ballina), Padraic (Killaloe) and Peter (Kilkenny), sisters-in-law Frances, Esther, Bridie, Therese and Kay, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and many friends in Ballina.
The funeral will take place in Portugal.
A memorial Mass will take place in Ballina at a later date.

Predeceased by his wife Bridget and son Michael.
Beloved father to Paddy, Bridget, Nora, Charlie and Martin.
He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, sister Bridget Doherty (Kings Lynn, Norfolk), brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Remains will repose at his family home at Graughill, Pullathomas on Tuesday evening from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
The funeral will arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Inver, on Wednesday for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in Kilgalligan Cemetery.
