Sr. Mary Lavelle, formerly of Castlebar, and Sisters of Mercy, 8 Eblana Avenue, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Annie and her brothers Patrick, John and William. Deeply regretted by her Mercy Sisters in Ireland and Kenya, her sisters, Sr. Helena (Australia), Philomena (Ireland), Anne (England) and Angela (U.S.A), and her nieces and nephews.

Sr. Mary will lie in repose in St Michael’s Hospital Chapel, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin on Tuesday, October 17, from 3.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. with Evening Prayer at 4.00 p.m.

Funeral Mass, in the Hospital Chapel, Wednesday, October 18, at 11.00 a.m. followed by burial in the Community Cemetery, Inchicore.

JAMES GERALD BURKE, ACHILL ISLAND

James Gerald Burke, Cricklewood, London and formerly of The Hill, Ashleam, Achill.

Predeceased by his parents James and Julia, brothers, Patrick and Michael.

He will be sadly missed by his brother Joe (Cricklewood), cousins of the Burke and Dever families and a wide circle of friends

Remains arriving at Ireland West Knock on Friday at 12.30 p.m.

Reposing at Lavelle's Funeral Home, Cashel, Achill on Friday evening from 5.00 p.m. until 6.30 p.m. with removal afterwards to Church of the Sacred Heart, Derreens.

Funeral mass on Saturday at 12 noon and burial afterwards in Glencoe (Granaghan) Cemetery.

SEAN SHEERAN, PULLATHOMAS

Sean Sheeran, Harlesden, London, and formerly of Leenamore, Pullathomas.

Predeceased by his parents Mary and Tommy Sheeran, his sister Mary O’Malley and his brother Bernard Sheeran.

Sean will be sadly missed by his loving and devoted family, partner Anne, his children Tommy, Johnny, Bernard, Siobhan and Colette, sister Anne Warner, brother Tommy Sheeran, his grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends.

Predeceased by his parents Kevin and Kathleen. Sadly missed by his sister Teresa, brothers Kevin, Noel and Gerry. Funeral will arrive to St Celsus Church, Kilkelly on Saturday morning for funeral mass at 11 p.m. followed by burial in Culmore Cemetery.

NORA MCDONAGH, BALLINA

Nora McDonagh (née O'Hora), Knockmore, Ballina.

Predeceased by her husband, Thomas, parents Frank and Mary Ellen O’Hora, brother Tony, nephew Declan Breslin and niece Deirdre Dawson.

Survived by her sons, Brendan and Gerard, daughter Laura, adored granddaughter Megan, daughter-in-law Sharyn, Laura’s partner David, brother Paddy Joe, sister Kathleen Breslin, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

Reposing at McGowan’s Funeral Home, Ballina on Thursday evening, October 19, from 6:00 p.m. with removal at 8:00 p.m. to arrive at Church of Christ the King, Knockmore for 8:30 p.m.

Nora’s Requiem Mass will take place on Friday at 10:30 a.m. with funeral proceeding to Ballinahaglish Cemetery, Knockmore.

BRETA O'MALLEY, LOUISBURGH

Breta O'Malley, Rivervilla, Shraugh, Louisburgh, former Nursing Staff Mayo General Hospital.

Sadly missed by her loving sister Mary, cousins, extended O'Malley and Gibbons Families, good neighbours, and friends.

Breta will lie in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Thursday, October 19 from 6:00 p.m., concluding with Vigil Prayers at 7:30 p.m., followed by removal, walking to St. Patrick's Church, Louisburgh.

Mass of the Resurrection on Friday at 12 noon, followed by interment in Kilgeever Cemetery.

KIERAN MURRAY, WESTPORT

Kieran Murray, Drummin, Westport.

Kieran will be sadly missed by his wife Christina, son Dan and his partner Bernie, grandchildren Holly, Danni, Darragh and Kitty, his nephew Sean, relatives, neighbours and friends.
