A POPULAR Mayo fashion outlet is expanding.

Castlebar-based UNIT 7 menswear are opening a new outlet in the town.

The clothing store plans on keeping their outlet on Main Street, Castlebar, and is also set to open a new store at Hopkins Road in the building once occupied by LifeStyle Sports.

Renovation work is taking place on the former sports shop premises, which has been vacant for some time.
