Broadcaster Joe Duffy is very impressed with Mayo author Michael Feeney's new book, 'Heroic Mayo.'

Radio star Joe Duffy's resounding endorsement of war book 'Heroic Mayo'

Castlebar author Michael Feeney’s new book “Heroic Mayo” has received a resounding endorsement from presenter Joe Duffy on his popular RTÉ Radio One show, Liveline.

Duffy was reviewing self published and produced books from all over the country when he spoke enthusiactis about Feeney's work, describing it as 'an incredible book'.

He added: "It is very well produced and wonderfully presented. It is a book that spoke of quality, research and operation."

Feeney thanked him for his review.

"Joe was really impressed and he said that in his opinion it was worth three times the actual price," he said.

The book, which is a high quality limited edition, is selling out fast on a first come basis.
