Approval for three new classrooms at west Mayo school
INITIAL project approval has issued to Sancta Maria College, Louisburgh, to create three new mainstream classrooms.
Confirming the news, Deputy Michael Ring said: “I am pleased that these refurbishment works at Sancta Maria College have now been approved. I am sure that the teachers and students will benefit from the additional accommodation being provided.”
The confirmation from the Department of Education, under the Additional School Accommodation Scheme for the refurbishment to create three mainstream classrooms, was also welcomed by Deputy Alan Dillon.
“I am committed to ensuring the further development of this school into the future to meet the needs of the local community,” he commented.
