Mayo hurling senior team joint-managers Brian Finn and Ray Larkin have made five changes to the side that defeated Monaghan for the round three Allianz National Hurling League fixture against Cavan.

Davog Frayne replace Bobby Douglas in goal while Caiseal Gaels' Luke Connor returns to the starting 15 ahead of Joe Burke.

Ballyvary's Sean Mulroy gets his first league start of the year in place of Conor Murray, with regulars Adrian Phillips and Eoin Delaney leading the attack up front.

Elsewhere, Moytura's John Heraty comes in for Kealan Gallagher and Ballyhaunis' Michael Farrell replaces Oisin Greally.

David Kenny will captain the team for Sunday's game, which throws in at 2 p.m. in Hastings Insurance MacHale Park, Castlebar, with Sligo's Michael Connelly down to officiate.
