Key Mayo duo on course to return to action for Derry confrontation
Two key members of the Mayo senior football squad are on course to return to action for the Allianz National Football League clash against Derry at Hastings Insurance MacHale Park on St. Patrick's Day.
Manager Kevin Mc Stay has confirmed that team captain Paddy Durcan and defender David McBrien have responded well to treatment to their respective injuries and will be in contention to face Mickey Harte's charges.
However, the experienced Diarmuid O’Connor will be out a little longer and is not expected to return until at least the New York game in the Connacht SFC in a month's time.
