MICHAEL HEGARTY, CASTLEBAR

Michael Hegarty, Fortlands, Castlebar, and formerly of Gortnadieve, Creggs Co Galway.

Pre deceased by his parents Martin and Delia.

Deeply regretted by his loving daughters Mairead Bristow (Castlebar), Sheena (Dublin), Aisling (Toronto) and their mum Kate Hegarty, his partner Angela Heneghan and her daughters Danielle and Aisling, brothers Eamonn (UK), John (Creggs),sister Maureen (UK), grandchildren Zac, Ayda and Emelie, aunt Molly Keane (Cloonfad), sons-in- law David and Shane, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, cousins relatives, neighbours and friends.

Michael's remains will repose at Coady’s Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5.30 until 7 p.m.

Removal from Coady's Funeral home home on Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m. to St. Aloysius Church, Breaffy, for Requiem Mass at 9 a.m.

Funeral afterwards to Shannon Crematorium for service at 12 noon.

MARY O'DONOGHUE, CHARLESTOWN

Mary O'Donohue (née Reidy), Church Street, Charlestown.

Predeceased by her husband James.

Sadly missed by her daughters Sarah, Nora, Eliza and Marie-Therese, son Mark, brothers Seamus, Tony, Gerard, sons-in-law, daughter- in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Mary will repose at the Horkan's Funeral Home, Charlestown, on Tuesday evening from 5.30 to 7.30 p.m. with removal to St. James's Church, Charlestown, arriving for prayers at 8 p.m.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

JOHN GAUGHAN, FOXFORD

The death has occurred of John Gaughan (ex-Eircom), Gorse Grove, Foxford and formerly of The Market Square, Foxford.

John was predeceased by his parents John and Bridgie.

John will be dearly missed by his wife Mary, his daughters Niamh and Finola, brother Martin, and his sisters Mary, Ann and Martina, his granddaughter Saoirse, his sons in-law Andy and Cathal, his nephews, nieces, in-laws, relatives, neighbours, a large circle of friends and by his loyal dog Alfie.

John will repose at Clarke's Funeral Home, Foxford, on Tuesday evening from 4.30 until 6.30 p.m.

Funeral will arrive to St. Michael’s Church, Foxford, on ​​​​​​​Wednesday morning for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock with the funeral proceeding to Craggagh Cemetery.

EMILY HANAHOE, FOXFORD

Emily Hanahoe, Barrack Road, Foxford.

Emily was predeceased by her parents Bertie and Mary and her sister Mary.

Emily will be forever loved and sadly missed by her brothers and sisters John, Mairead, Pauline and Bert, her many nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law Sue and Attracta, brother in-law Tom, her neighbours and friends.

Emily will lie in repose at the residence of her brother and sister in-law Bert and Attracta Hanahoe, Belgarrow, Foxford (F26 KP86), on Tuesday evening from 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock.

Funeral will arrive to St. Michael's Church, Foxford, on Wednesday for Funeral Mass at 2.30 p.m. with the funeral proceeding to Craggagh Cemetery.

JOHN KELLY, CASTLEBAR

John Kelly, An Sean Bhaile, Ballybrit, Galway and formerly of “St. Martin”, New Cemetery Road, Newport Road, Castlebar, following a long illness.

Recently predeceased by his beloved father John on March 15, 2024.

He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing mother Mary (neé Jordan, formerly of McHale Road, Castlebar), his brothers Stephen, David and Fergus, his sister-in-law Chika, nieces and nephew Maolisa, Maebh and Ross, uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives, friends and all the family circle.

John qualified as a chef in the Galway RTC (Atlantic Technological University) and he worked across the hospitality industry.

John will repose in Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar on Wednesday from 6.30 to 8. p.m.

Arriving at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar, on Thursday for Funeral Service at 11 a.m.

Afterwards John will be laid to rest with his father in the New Cemetery, Castlebar.

JOHN KENNY, BALLYCASTLE

John Kenny, Main Street, Ballycastle, (ex Garda Síochana, Dublin and Mayo).

Predeceased by his beloved son Colm.

Deeply loved and missed by his heartbroken wife Mary, his sons Ronan and Ciarán, his brothers James and Ray, sister-in-law Monica, and a wide circle of relatives and friends.

Reposing at Lynn's Funeral Home, Killala, on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m.

John's funeral cortege will arrive to St Brigid's Church, Ballycastle for Mass at 12 noon on Wednesday, followed by burial in Ballycastle cemetery.
