THURSDAY, MAY 7

Dry on Tuesday with sunny spells, which will be hazy at times. Top temperatures of 14 to 17 Celsius generally in light variable breezes but slightly cooler near coasts.

The week is expected to be largely dry and settled with high pressure dominating. Temperatures increasing through the week.

Tuesday night will see dry and mostly clear to start the night before cloud builds from the west with the odd spot of light rain or drizzle possible near coasts by morning.

Lowest temperatures of 5 to 10 degrees, coolest over Ulster.

Light southerly or variable breezes will allow some mist and fog to develop.
