Death of Mayo man in New Mexico is widely mourned

The death has taken place of Michael Carthy, Santa Fe, New Mexico, U.S.A. and formerly of Main Street, Castlebar

He is beloved son of Gerry, Santa Fe and formerly of Main Street, Castlebar, and Laura.

Michael is also deeply regretted by Gerry’s brothers John (Main Street, Castlebar) and Paul (London), Gerry’s sister Mary (Dublin) and her husband Brendan, cousins, relatives, neighbours, kind carers and many friends.

Deepest sympathy is extended to bereaved family on their loss.

Funeral will take place in Santa Fe at a later date.
