Mayo club to host Community Games national pitch and putt finals

MAYO Community Games are delighted that Westport Golf Club has again been chosen to host the Cairn Community Games national pitch and putt finals on Sunday, August 11.

This national Under 16 event will see the cream of pitch and putt golfers arrive in Westport to compete in the boys and girls 18 hole competition.

Mayo Community Games have wished the following golfers from Westport and Castlebar the best of luck: Adam O'Donnell, Jack Duffy, Lynden Heaney, Grace Donovan, Lauren Brady and Daisy McQuillan.

The boys' registration is at 11.30 a.m., with a start time of 12.30 p.m.

Girls' registration begins at 1.30 p.m. and will start at 2.15 p.m.

Results and presentations will take place immediately after each event.
