Tough task for Mayo ladies against an in-form Armagh
Mayo will be up against it tomorrow when the face an in-form Armagh in Division 1 of the Lidl LGFA National League.
Armagh, the holders, are on course for a second successive Division 1 final appearance with three wins from three outings to date, while Mayo go into the contest having lost all three league games to date this season.
However, four teams above Mayo – Tyrone, Kildare, Dublin and Waterford – are all just three points ahead of Mayo going into the weekend's games.
Mayo lost to narrowly to Tyrone last time out and manager Liam McHale has made six changes to the team that lined out against the Red Hands.
Julia Gawalkiewicz replaces Charlie Reilly Benson in goal, while there are starts outfield for Ella Brennan, Jenna Mortimer, Bree Hession, Maria Cannon and Kayla Doherty, as Sherin El Massry, Erin Murray, Saoirse Delaney, Ciara Whyte and Ciara Durkin also drop out of the line-up.
Following victory over Dublin last time out, Armagh make two changes for this one. Brianna Mathers replaces Anna Carr between the sticks, while Eve Lavery comes in for Maeve Lennon.

The meeting of Armagh and Mayo is the live TG4 game from Division 1 tomorrow (Saturday) evening, throwing in at 7.30 p.m. in the BOX-IT Athletic Grounds.
The other three top flight ties will be played on Sunday (February 23). The fixtures are: Tyrone v Kerry, Dublin v Waterford and Meath v Kildare.
