Mayo climbing wall tenders in the offing

THE climbing wall project at Lough Lannagh in Castlebar will be ready to go to tender soon.

Consultants Grady Architects have completed the detailed design and are compiling tender documents for both climbing wall specialist and construction contractor.

In an update, local councillors were told ATU and Mayo County Council met this past month to finalise the design of the climbing wall which is the first element to go to tender.

The aim is to have both tenders published in the coming months.
