Mayo racecourse announces Ladies Day 2025 judge
Ballinrobe Racecourse has announced fashion enthusiast Caoimhe McGinley as the official judge for The Lodge at Ashford Castle Ladies Day, taking place on Monday, June 23.
Known for her elegant style and creative flair, Tyrone native Caoimhe is a fashion enthusiast, travel lover and interior design aficionado who has built a strong following through her impeccable taste and engaging online presence. This marks her first visit to Ballinrobe, and she’s already eagerly anticipating the occasion.
Caoimhe commented: “I am deeply honoured to be appointed as a judge for The Lodge at Ashford Castle Ladies Day 2025. This prestigious event is a true celebration of style, elegance and individuality, and as someone with a longstanding passion for fashion, I am genuinely excited to experience the creativity and sophistication that this occasion consistently showcases. The Lodge at Ashford Castle returns as the proud sponsor of the event for the fourth consecutive year, further cementing its support of local tradition, community, and style.

The highly anticipated Ladies Day competition offers a luxurious prize package for the winner, including a two-night stay in a lakeview suite at The Lodge at Ashford Castle, dinner for two at Wilde’s Restaurant, and a €1,000 cash prize. In addition, four runners-up will each receive dinner for two at Wilde’s Restaurant.

The racing action gets underway at 5.10 p.m. with a seven-race flat card, featuring the €20,500 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Handicap and leg two of the highly anticipated flat racing series GAIN The Advantage, which makes a return to Ballinrobe for its fifth year.
The excitement continues off the track with live music in the Mask Pavilion from Streetwise, ensuring a full evening of entertainment.
