Exclusive Mayo hotel to host Euro-Toques Ireland Food Awards

Join executive chefs Liam Finnegan (Ashford Castle) and Jonathan Keane (The Lodge) on Monday next, May 26, at the stunning Ashford Estate in Cong for the Euro-Toques Ireland Food Awards 2025 – a celebration of Ireland’s farmers, growers and food makers.

Welcome drinks from 2 p.m. in the Walled Garden will be followed by an awards ceremony, lunch and producer showcase in The Lodge at Ashford Castle.

Established in 1996 by the members of the Euro-Toques Food Committee, the annual food awards aim to acknowledge and celebrate the finest food being produced in Ireland.

They honour those who produce food of remarkable flavour and quality, and also recognise the suppliers who preserve the traditions and heritage of the Irish food, farming and fishing industries.

The recipients are voted on by Euro-Toques chefs who themselves subscribe to the highest standards in sourcing ingredients and culinary excellence.
